Barataria bars are an 81% blend of two different cocoa bean origins mixed with Louisiana cane sugar from Three Brothers Farm. One bar is pure extra dark chocolate and the other includes sea salt and cacao nibs (with a hint of sorghum that’s dee-lightful). Convenient for you or your someone special: the bars fit perfectly in the Conroy or the oConner.
A little bit about Acalli
The cocoa beans from Acalli bars are imported from two different farmer-owned co-ops in Peru. From there, Carol—master chocolate maker—roasts, grinds and tempers to create a beautiful array of bars.
